The Global Positioning System (GPS) was never meant to rule our daily commutes...or relegate paper maps to the National Archives. How did this happen? From his seat in the back row of the rooms where key decisions on the GPS architecture were made, Harold Jones walks us through the evolution of the three innovations that unintentionally changed our lives.
